1.Taraflar ve Kabul

Bu şartlar, Brick Evolution uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanan siz ile Uygulamayı geliştiren ve işleten Outwork Labs (Arda Coşkun) arasındaki sözleşmeyi oluşturur. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.

2.Kullanım Lisansı

Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için size sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama size satılmaz, kullanım hakkı lisanslanır.

3.Hesap ve Player ID

Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda size otomatik olarak anonim bir Player ID atanır; oynamak için kayıt olmanız gerekmez. Dilerseniz hesabınızı Google veya Apple ile bağlayarak ilerlemenizi başka cihazlara taşıyabilirsiniz.

Hesabınızla yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı bağlamadıysanız ve cihazınızı kaybeder ya da uygulamayı kaldırırsanız ilerlemenizi kurtarmamız mümkün olmayabilir.

4.Oyun İlerlemesi ve Bulut Senkronizasyonu

Bulut senkronizasyonu, ilerlemenizi cihazlar arasında taşımak için sunulan bir kolaylıktır; kesintisiz çalışacağı veya verilerin hiçbir koşulda kaybolmayacağı garanti edilmez.

Aynı hesabı iki cihazda çevrimdışı oynarsanız, kayıtlar yeniden bağlandığında otomatik olarak birleştirilir: ilerleme alanlarında yüksek olan değer, coin bakiyesinde ise kayıp ve çift sayım oluşturmayan tek bir geçmiş korunur. Bu birleştirme otomatiktir ve size bir seçim sunulmaz.

5.Sanal Para ve Oyun İçi Öğeler

Uygulamadaki coin ve power-up gibi öğeler yalnızca oyun içinde kullanılan sanal öğelerdir. Gerçek para değerleri yoktur; nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez, satılamaz ve oyun dışında hiçbir şey ifade etmez.

Bu öğeler üzerinde mülkiyet değil, sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı elde edersiniz. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde veya Uygulama kullanımdan kaldırıldığında bu öğeler kaybolur ve karşılığında herhangi bir ödeme yapılmaz.

6.Uygulama İçi Satın Alma

Uygulama, reklamları kaldıran tek seferlik bir satın alma sunar. Ödeme Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden gerçekleşir ve ilgili mağazanın satış koşullarına tabidir; ödeme bilgileriniz bize iletilmez.

Satın aldığınız hak mağaza hesabınıza bağlıdır. Uygulamayı yeniden kurduğunuzda veya oyun hesabınızı sildiğinizde hakkınız kaybolmaz; Ayarlar ekranındaki "Restore" işlemiyle geri getirebilirsiniz.

İade talepleri doğrudan satın almayı gerçekleştirdiğiniz mağazaya iletilir ve o mağazanın iade politikasına tabidir. Dijital içeriğin satın alma anında derhal sunulması nedeniyle, tüketici mevzuatının öngördüğü hâllerde cayma hakkı ifanın başlamasıyla sona erer; bu husus satın alma anında onayınıza sunulur.

7.Reklamlar

Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümünde reklam gösterilir. Ödüllü reklamları izlemek her zaman isteğe bağlıdır ve izlememeyi seçmek oyunu oynamanızı engellemez. Reklam içerikleri reklam ağları tarafından sağlanır; üçüncü tarafların reklamlarının içeriğinden sorumlu değiliz.

8.Kabul Edilmeyen Kullanım

• Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutmak, kaynak koduna dönüştürmek veya değiştirilmiş bir sürümünü dağıtmak.
• Oyun kaydını, coin bakiyesini veya ilerlemeyi hile araçlarıyla değiştirmek; bellek düzenleyici, otomasyon veya bot kullanmak.
• Ödüllü reklam ve satın alma mekanizmalarını yanıltıcı biçimde istismar etmek.
• Uygulamanın altyapısına aşırı ya da otomatikleştirilmiş istek göndermek, hizmeti aksatmaya çalışmak.
• Uygulamayı yürürlükteki hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmak.

Bu kurallara aykırı davranış tespit edilirse bulut senkronizasyonunuza erişimi askıya alabilir veya hesabınızı kapatabiliriz.

9.Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın kodu, görselleri, ses varlıkları, seviye tasarımı ve markası bize aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunur. Bu şartların size verdiği kullanım hakkı dışında hiçbir hak devredilmez.

Oynanış görüntülerini ticari olmayan biçimde paylaşabilir, yayın yapabilir ve video üretebilirsiniz.

10.Hizmette Değişiklik ve Sona Erme

Uygulamayı geliştirmek, özellik eklemek veya kaldırmak, seviye dengesini değiştirmek ve hizmeti tümüyle sonlandırmak hakkımız saklıdır. Hizmeti sonlandırmamız hâlinde makul bir süre önceden uygulama içinden bilgilendirme yapmaya çalışırız.

Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman cihazınızdan kaldırarak bu sözleşmeyi sona erdirebilirsiniz.

11.Garanti Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir cihazda belirli bir performansla çalışacağına dair açık ya da zımni bir garanti verilmez. Tüketici mevzuatının emredici hükümleri saklıdır.

12.Sorumluluğun Sınırı

Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan, kâr kaybından ve veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Sorumluluğumuzun sınırı her hâlükârda talebe konu olaydan önceki on iki ay içinde Uygulama için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Kasıt, ağır ihmal ve tüketici mevzuatının emredici hükümleri bu sınırın dışındadır.

13.Şartlarda Değişiklik

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve yürürlük tarihi sayfanın üst kısmında gösterilir. Önemli değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

14.Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla bulunduğunuz ülkenin mevzuatının size tanıdığı ve sözleşmeyle bertaraf edilemeyen haklar saklıdır; uyuşmazlıklarda tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurabilirsiniz.

1.Parties and Acceptance

These terms form the agreement between you, as a user of the Brick Evolution app (the "App"), and Outwork Labs (Arda Coşkun), who develops and operates it. By downloading or using the App you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the App.

2.Licence to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed to you, not sold.

3.Account and Player ID

An anonymous Player ID is assigned to you automatically when you first open the App; no registration is required to play. You may optionally link your account with Google or Apple to carry your progress to other devices.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. If you have not linked your account and you lose your device or uninstall the App, we may be unable to recover your progress.

4.Progress and Cloud Sync

Cloud sync is a convenience offered to carry your progress across devices; we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or that data can never be lost.

If you play offline on two devices with the same account, the saves are merged automatically when you reconnect: progress fields keep the higher value, and the coin balance keeps a single history that neither loses nor duplicates earnings. This merge is automatic and you are not asked to choose.

5.Virtual Currency and In-Game Items

Items such as coins and power-ups are virtual goods used only inside the game. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be cashed out, transferred, sold or used outside the game.

You obtain a limited right to use these items, not ownership of them. If you delete your account or the App is discontinued, these items are lost and no compensation is payable for them.

6.In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-off purchase that removes ads. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to that store's terms of sale; your payment details are not shared with us.

Your purchased entitlement is tied to your store account. It is not lost when you reinstall the App or delete your game account; you can bring it back with the "Restore" action in the Settings screen.

Refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase, under that store's refund policy. Because the digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, where consumer law so provides the right of withdrawal ends once performance begins; this is confirmed by you at the time of purchase.

7.Advertising

Ads are shown in the free version of the App. Watching rewarded ads is always optional, and declining does not prevent you from playing. Ad content is supplied by advertising networks; we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.

8.Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, decompiling or distributing a modified version of the App.
• Altering the save file, coin balance or progress with cheat tools; using memory editors, automation or bots.
• Abusing the rewarded-ad or purchase mechanisms in a deceptive manner.
• Sending excessive or automated requests to the App's infrastructure, or attempting to disrupt the service.
• Using the App in any way that violates applicable law.

If we detect a breach of these rules, we may suspend your access to cloud sync or close your account.

9.Intellectual Property

The App's code, artwork, audio assets, level design and branding belong to us and are protected by copyright. No rights are transferred to you other than the right of use granted by these terms.

You may share gameplay footage, stream and create videos on a non-commercial basis.

10.Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to improve the App, add or remove features, rebalance levels and discontinue the service entirely. If we discontinue the service, we will endeavour to give reasonable prior notice inside the App.

You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App.

11.Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is". We give no express or implied warranty that it will run uninterrupted, error-free, or with a particular performance on a particular device. Mandatory consumer law provisions remain reserved.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of the App. In any event our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Intent, gross negligence and mandatory consumer law provisions fall outside this limitation.

13.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with the effective date shown at the top. Continuing to use the App after a material change means you accept the new terms.

14.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Rights granted to you as a consumer by the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract remain reserved; you may bring disputes before the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
