1.Veri Sorumlusu

Creative Engine ("Araç"), Outwork Labs (Arda Coşkun) ("biz") tarafından geliştirilen ve işletilen bir iç araçtır. Araç, ürünlerimiz hakkında kısa dikey videolar üretir ve bunları yalnızca bize ait olan ve kendimizin bağladığı sosyal medya hesaplarında yayınlar. Araç kamuya sunulmaz ve videoları izleyen kişilerden veri toplamaz.

2.Erişilen Veriler

Bize ait bir hesap bağlandığında Araç, yalnızca kendi videolarımızı yayınlamak ve ölçmek için gereken verilere erişir:

• YouTube (YouTube API Hizmetleri): kanalımıza video yüklemek (youtube.upload), bağlanan kanalın adını okumak ve Aracın yüklediği videoların izlenme, beğeni ve yorum sayılarını okumak (youtube.readonly).
• TikTok: bağlanan hesabımıza video paylaşmak ve bu videoların temel istatistiklerini okumak.
• Instagram (Meta): bağlanan profesyonel hesabımızda Reels yayınlamak ve bu paylaşımların temel istatistiklerini okumak.

Araç; başka kullanıcılara, izleyicilere, takipçilere, yorum yazarlarına, özel mesajlara veya kişi listelerine ait verileri okumaz, saklamaz ve işlemez.

3.Verilerin Saklanması

• Erişim anahtarları (token) yalnızca Aracı çalıştıran bilgisayarda, işletim sisteminin güvenli kimlik deposunda (macOS Anahtar Zinciri) saklanır. Veritabanına, kayıtlara (log) veya kaynak koda yazılmaz; onları veren platform dışında kimseye gönderilmez.
• Video dosyaları, açıklama metinleri ve kendi paylaşımlarımızın istatistikleri aynı bilgisayarda yerel olarak saklanır.
• Bu verileri satmayız, kiralamayız, üçüncü kişilerle paylaşmayız ve reklam amacıyla kullanmayız.

4.YouTube API Hizmetleri

Araç, YouTube API Hizmetleri'ni kullanır. Bir YouTube hesabı bağlayarak YouTube Hizmet Şartları'nı (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Google'ın verileri nasıl işlediği Google Gizlilik Politikası'nda (https://policies.google.com/privacy) açıklanır.

Aracın bir Google hesabına erişimini istediğiniz zaman https://myaccount.google.com/permissions adresinden geri alabilirsiniz. Erişimi geri almak veya hesabı Araç içinden kaldırmak, saklanan erişim anahtarını siler; toplanmış istatistikler talep üzerine silinir.

5.TikTok ve Meta

TikTok ve Instagram'ın Araç üzerinden kullanımı TikTok Hizmet Şartları'na (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) ve Meta Şartları'na (https://www.facebook.com/terms.php) tabidir. Erişim, her platformun uygulama ve web ayarlarından istenildiği zaman geri alınabilir.

6.Saklama Süresi ve Silme

Erişim anahtarları hesap bağlı kaldığı sürece tutulur. YouTube API Hizmetleri'nden alınan istatistikler en geç 30 günde bir yenilenir; yenilenemeyenler silinir. Tüm yerel istatistikler bağlı hesap kaldırıldığında veya talep üzerine silinir.

1.Data Controller

Creative Engine (the "Tool") is an internal tool developed and operated by Outwork Labs (Arda Coşkun) ("we", "us"). It creates short vertical videos about our own products and publishes them only to social media accounts that we own and connect ourselves. The Tool is not offered to the public and does not collect data from people who watch the videos.

2.What the Tool Accesses

When one of our own accounts is connected, the Tool accesses only what it needs to publish and measure our own videos:

• YouTube (YouTube API Services): uploading videos to our channel (youtube.upload), reading the connected channel's name, and reading view, like and comment counts of the videos the Tool uploaded (youtube.readonly).
• TikTok: posting videos to our connected account and reading their basic statistics.
• Instagram (Meta): publishing Reels to our connected professional account and reading their basic insights.

The Tool does not read, store or process data about other users, viewers, followers, comment authors, private messages or contacts.

3.Where Data Is Stored

• Access tokens are stored only on the computer that runs the Tool, in the operating system's secure credential store (macOS Keychain). They are never written to a database, logs or source code, and never sent to anyone other than the platform that issued them.
• Video files, captions and the statistics of our own posts are stored locally on that computer.
• We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

4.YouTube API Services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

You can revoke the Tool's access to a Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access, or removing the account inside the Tool, deletes the stored token; statistics already collected are deleted on request.

5.TikTok and Meta

Use of TikTok and Instagram through the Tool is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and Meta's Terms (https://www.facebook.com/terms.php). Access can be revoked in each platform's app and website settings at any time.

6.Retention and Deletion

Tokens are kept until the account is disconnected. Statistics obtained from YouTube API Services are refreshed at least every 30 days, and any that cannot be refreshed are deleted. All locally stored statistics are deleted when the connected account is removed or on request.
