1.Uygulama İçinden Silme

En hızlı yol oyunun kendisidir:

• Ana menüde sol üstteki profil düğmesine dokunun.
• Sayfanın altındaki Hesabı Sil'e dokunun.
• Onay ekranındaki uyarıyı okuyup onaylayın.

İşlem geri alınamaz ve onayladığınız anda uygulanır. Mağaza sizden yakın zamanda giriş yapmanızı isterse, silme öncesinde bir kez daha giriş yapmanız gerekebilir.

2.Uygulamaya Erişiminiz Yoksa

Oyunu zaten kaldırdıysanız silme talebinizi support@weareoutwork.com adresine gönderebilirsiniz. Talebi eşleştirebilmemiz için hesabınıza bağlı e-posta adresini ya da Google/Apple hesabınızı belirtin.

Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

3.Silinen Veriler

• Firebase Authentication'daki kullanıcı kaydınız ve kullanıcı kimliğiniz.
• Buluttaki oyun kaydınız: seviye ilerlemesi, kusursuz çözümleriniz, altın bakiyeniz, açtığınız temalar, günlük ödül ve seri durumunuz.
• "Tüm Zamanlar" liderlik tablosundaki satırınız ve takma adınız.
• Google veya Apple hesap bağlantınız; Apple ile giriş kullanıldıysa Apple tarafındaki yetkilendirme de geri çekilir.

4.Silinmeyen Veriler

• Cihazınızdaki yerel ilerleme: hesabınız silinse de oyun misafir olarak kaldığınız yerden devam eder. Bunu da silmek isterseniz oyunu kaldırmanız yeterlidir.
• Reklamsız sürüm satın alma hakkınız: bu hak Apple veya Google mağaza hesabınıza bağlıdır, bizim tarafımızda tutulmaz ve silinemez.
• Mağaza tarafındaki satın alma ve fatura kayıtları: bunlar Apple ve Google'ın kendi saklama politikalarına tabidir.
• Geçmiş günlere gönderilmiş günlük meydan okuma skorları: bunlar hesabınıza değil o güne bağlıdır. Kaldırılmasını isterseniz takma adınızı ve günü yazarak bize ulaşın.
• Kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilemeyen toplulaştırılmış ölçüm verileri ve en fazla 90 gün tutulan çökme kayıtları.

5.Silmek İstemiyorsanız

Yalnızca bulut yedeğini durdurmak istiyorsanız hesabınızı silmeden profil ekranından çıkış yapabilirsiniz; ilerlemeniz cihazda kalır ve oyun misafir olarak çalışmaya devam eder.

1.Deleting From Inside the App

The fastest route is the game itself:

• Tap the profile button at the top left of the main menu.
• Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
• Read and confirm the warning on the confirmation screen.

The action cannot be undone and takes effect the moment you confirm it. If the store asks for a recent sign-in, you may need to sign in once more before the deletion goes through.

2.If You No Longer Have the App

If you have already uninstalled the game, you can send your deletion request to support@weareoutwork.com. Please include the e-mail address linked to your account, or your Google/Apple account, so that we can match the request.

Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.

3.What Gets Deleted

• Your user record and user ID in Firebase Authentication.
• Your cloud save: level progress, perfect solves, coin balance, unlocked themes, and daily reward and streak state.
• Your row and nickname on the "All time" leaderboard.
• Your Google or Apple account link; where Sign in with Apple was used, the authorisation on Apple's side is revoked as well.

4.What Is Not Deleted

• The local progress on your device: even after your account is deleted, the game carries on as a guest from where you left off. To remove that too, simply uninstall the game.
• Your ad-free entitlement: it is tied to your Apple or Google store account, is not held by us and cannot be deleted by us.
• Purchase and billing records on the store side: these are subject to Apple's and Google's own retention policies.
• Daily challenge scores posted on past days: these belong to the day rather than to your account. Contact us with your nickname and the day if you want one taken down.
• Aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you, and crash records, which are kept for at most 90 days.

5.If You Would Rather Not Delete

If you only want to stop backing up to the cloud, you can sign out from the profile screen without deleting your account; your progress stays on the device and the game keeps running as a guest.
